LVL Beams or Laminated Veneer Lumber is a high strength engineered wood product manufactured by bonding together rotary peeled or sliced thin wood veneers under heat and pressure. LVL's are primarily used for structural applications such as joists, rafters, bearers, roof beams and lintels. LVL beams are comparable in strength to solid timber, concrete and steel. Available in H2S, H2 LOSP treated and H3 LOSP treated. LVL beams are available in almost any length with the only restriction being transportation and site accessibility.
